Please note that basically we cannot accept order cancellation after the order has been shipped. For cancellations before shipment, please contact us from the inquiry form or official LINE.

Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?

Due to the convenience of the system, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment is completed.

Q. I want to change the payment method.

The payment method cannot be changed after the payment is completed. Please note.
