About payment method

This site supports the following payment methods.

credit card

VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and JCB brand credit card payments are available.

Google Pay

If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.

On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.

Apple Pay

You can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.

About delivery and shipping

Shipping company from Japan: Japan Post(EMS)

Estimated delivery time: Ships within 3-5 business days of order.

Shipping fee:

・$25.00 shipping to the US 
Free shipping for purchases over $150.00

・$28.00 shipping to Canada 
Free shipping for purchases over $250.00
*Please note: Customs duties, GST/HST, and provincial taxes may apply upon delivery and are not included in your order total.


If the item is returned due to absence or other reasons, it will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost for both ways.

Your order may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees of the destination country by the local post office. Payment of duties and other fees incurred after shipment is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Cancellation

Please note that basically we cannot accept order cancellation after the order has been shipped.

For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form.

 

About return/exchange conditions

Only in the case of initial defects or damage, we will exchange the product for a new product if you contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

In addition, we will bear the return shipping fee due to initial defects and damage.
